Payment options

I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and cash.

Shipping

The time I need to prepare an order of original art, books and kits for shipping varies on number of items ordered and if the item is in stock. Usually, orders ship out in 1-3 business days.

Prints, bags, pillows, and mugs are custom printed for you and shipped by a trusted company and order preparation takes between 2-14 days depending on the item. I do not have the ability to speed this up and am not responsible for delays.

Original artwork is shipped with USPS Priority Mail and requires a signature receipt. I do my best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. I will notify you if there will be any delay when shipping your order.

Returns/Exchanges

I do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

I do not accept returns or exchanges if a painting was bought without a frame and was damaged during the framing.

I do not accept returns or exchanges if framed painting was opened and damaged for any reasons.

I’m not responsible if the picture was damaged during the changing a frame. I will not accept returns or exchange a damaged painting.

I do not accept returns or exchanges if a painting was damaged/eaten by a moth. The buyer is responsible for the care and safety of the painting.

I don’t accept cancellations of custom orders.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs. Be warned that some countries are particularly difficult with customs, especially the UK.

Privacy policy

Your privacy is important. The information you enter about yourself on my website is used to fulfill your orders and respond to your questions. I do not share your e-mail address, contact information or billing information with any outside parties for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order. I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure.
